A. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

To submit a claim, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Identification of the work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.
  2. Details of the alleged infringement:
    • A description of the infringing content or product
    • The exact location (URL) of the item on our website
    • How the item infringes your rights
  3. Your contact information:
    • Full name
    • Physical address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
  4. A statement of good faith:
    A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and authority declaration:
    A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf. This must be made under penalty of perjury.
  6. Your signature:
    A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Complaint

Upon receiving a properly formatted complaint:

  • We will promptly investigate the claim.
  • If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may notify the user who posted the content and give them an opportunity to respond.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If your content has been removed due to an IP complaint and you believe this was a mistake or you have authorization, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  1. Identification of the content:
    Describe what was removed and where it previously appeared on our website.
  2. Statement of good faith:
    A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information:
    Full name, address, phone number, and email.
  4. Jurisdiction consent:
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location.
  5. Signature:
    Your physical or electronic signature.

D. Important Legal Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly submits a false claim or misrepresentation may be liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees.

We take infringement claims seriously and reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for repeat offenses.
