- How the item infringes your rights

- Physical address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- A statement of good faith:
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law. - Accuracy and authority declaration:
A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf. This must be made under penalty of perjury. - Your signature:
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Complaint
Upon receiving a properly formatted complaint:
- We will promptly investigate the claim.
- If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- We may notify the user who posted the content and give them an opportunity to respond.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)
If your content has been removed due to an IP complaint and you believe this was a mistake or you have authorization, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the content:
Describe what was removed and where it previously appeared on our website. - Statement of good faith:
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification. - Your contact information:
Full name, address, phone number, and email. - Jurisdiction consent:
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location. - Signature:
Your physical or electronic signature.
D. Important Legal Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly submits a false claim or misrepresentation may be liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees.
We take infringement claims seriously and reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for repeat offenses.
